Client Development Manager

Blair Sweeney serves as the Client Development Manager for Encore Search Partners. Blair’s daily operations involve overseeing all existing client portfolios and strategizing on ways to develop new business. She is known to be highly responsive and attentive to all Client needs, and ensures that all expectations of Encore Search Partners are exceeded. Ms. Sweeney graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, and enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
