Alley Joined the Legal team with Encore Search partners in 2021 after serving as a business consultant for one of the largest corporations servicing the restaurant industry in the world. Her approach to being a trusted advisor to the firms and candidates she works with is genuine humility and empathy to build trust, and help place the most fitting individual culturally and technically. Her consulting background gives her the ability time and time again to place highly talented attorneys. She uses data to help her clients and candidates make strategic decisions based on their exact needs.

Alley graduated from Bauer Business School at the University of Houston – Main Campus with a Bachelors in Business Administration and focus in Strategic Management. She has also studied in Brazil and speaks Portuguese! Outside of providing the best results for firms and candidates alike, she enjoys her yoga practice, going to her family’s ranch in the hill country, hiking, running and playing volleyball.
