Matthew McFarlane oversees the day to day Operations, Recruitment, Business Development, and Client Service components of ESP Legal Search. He is a licensed Attorney in the State of Texas and received his JD from South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. Matt is married with two children, is a competitive Martial Artist, Ultra Endurance Athlete and Mountaineer with a passion for running & scaling profitable businesses.
